I had a lovely time at this resort, enjoying the beautiful beach location and the lush gardens around. However, the room I stayed in definitely needs some updates, and we had some issues with hot water and a long blackout during our stay. Overall, it's a nice place for a relaxing getaway but be prepared for some inconveniences.
The room was decent but outdated and lacked hot water.
The service was good, especially from Moses, who was very helpful.
The beach access and ambience of the resort were fantastic, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation.
While the bar area was nice, the kitchen staff took a long time to serve basic orders.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort right on the water in New Smyrna Beach. The unit was perfect for my group of four, with easy access to both the street and beach, along with a nice small pool. However, I did find the dining experience a bit lacking, especially during peak times. Overall, it was a fabulous getaway!
The unit was perfect for 4 people with ample space and amenities.
The staff was friendly and offered great service; Moses was especially helpful!
The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Flagler Avenue with tons of shops and restaurants nearby.
The kitchen staff took quite a long time for even basic orders, which was a bit frustrating.
There was a nice small pool and plenty of activities for kids, making it family-friendly.
